EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing)
EMDR supports the processing of distressing memories so they no longer carry the same emotional charge. Together, we create a safe container to access and transform painful experiences, restoring a sense of clarity and calm.
Humanistic, Client-Centered Therapy
